 How do I pay for my booking?

Full payment of your rental is due on arrival. Payment is available by Visa, MasterCard or Cash.

Do you clean the cottages every day?

Cottages are not refreshed on a daily basis or throughout your stay. However, If you require additional services please contact our office and we will do our best to accommodate you. There is an additional fee of 20.00 for this service. If you require clean towels or linens, please bring soiled ones to our office and we will be happy to replace them for you.

How many people are allowed in one cabin?

The 2 bedroom cottages have maximum occupancy of 6 people. Other cottages?

Do you charge extra for additional people?

Yes, there is an additional $10 per person, however this does not apply to children 12 and under.

Your site says you have BBQ’s available. Do we need to bring our own BBQ tools?

No, each cottage is equipped with it’s own set of BBQ utensils. Please do not use our pots and pans on the BBQ. If you require extra utensils please contact our office.

Do you allow pets?

Due to allergies, Mountain Range Cottages has a strict NO Pet Policy. There will be no exceptions to this.

Is there a curfew or noise bylaw?

For the enjoyment of all of our guests please keep the noise down by 11:00pm.

What do we do with our garbage and recycles?

We have garbage bins on site for your convenience. When removing any garbage from your cottage please place it in the bins not beside them, we wouldn’t want to attract the wild animals local to the area.

Am I responsible for cleaning my cottage when I check out?

No, we do a thorough clean of every cottages on checkout, however, we kindly ask that you leave the cottages reasonably clean and in a broom swept condition.

What happens if I forget something when I check out?

Please take all personal items with you upon leaving. We are not responsible for items left in the cottage. However???
